Jets, Giants Schedules Released; New Jersey Sportsbooks Taking Future Bets On Win Totals

Pointsbet New Jersey

The NFL schedule dropped last week, and now we all know who our favorite teams will be facing off with this season. The surprising piece of this still in play is that the teams are going to playing four preseason games, which is likely going to dip in years to come.

Big Blue Outlook

We start with the New York Giants, who have an over/under of 6.5 wins during the upcoming season at PointsBet. They had a nice offseason and completely changed up their coaching staff. New things are going to be coming in the organization, and bettors should be flocking to try and bet on the win total.

This is the first Giants season since 2003 that will begin with someone not named Eli Manning under center, as the Daniel Jones era goes on. But those looking to place some wagers on some early-season wins may have another thing coming. With matchups against the Steelers, Bears, and 49ers to open the year, it could be tough sledding.

An overlooked, difficult part of their schedule is going to be the final four games of the year. The over/under is going to be altered dramatically by this point if the wins haven’t been coming in. They have the Cardinals, Browns, and Ravens all in a row before finishing with the Cowboys.

Make sure you do get to your NJ Sportsbook of choice and bet on the Giants. They’re now taking future bets on the win total. The earlier you make your bet, the more you can potentially win.

Hoping For More

Then we have the other team who plays in the Meadowlands, the New York Jets. They have an over/under of seven wins at PointsBet. They are coming off a decent season in which they proved they can take a few steps in the right direction.

They brought in a few new wide receivers through the draft and free agency while adding longtime RB Frank Gore as another veteran presence to the club. Sam Darnold should be available more than he was last year, with the team’s drought beginning after his Mononucleosis diagnosis.

They have some interesting competition over the first five weeks. They take on Buffalo to open, followed by San Francisco, Indianapolis, Denver, and Arizona. That’s followed by the Chargers. The Jets’ schedule is full of teams that we don’t truly know what to expect from this year.

That being said, you’ve got to get to the sportsbooks and show your belief in the Jets. If you’re not satisfied with the roster, then go all-in on under seven wins. But if there is any sort of positivity, bet the house on a year with seven-plus wins.

Even though he has only been the coach for one year, Adam Gase is near the hot seat. But with an improved offensive line and a new collection of young talent, the team might be able to turn in a better season.

The playoffs have been eluding both the Giants and Jets for a while now. The Giants’ last appearance went awry from the opening minutes three years ago. The Jets had a great opportunity in 2015 to qualify and just totally failed to, as they choked in the final game.

The best team in New York for the first time in a long time is the Buffalo Bills. They are projected to win nine games this year but will likely exceed that total. They pushed opponents every week and had a tremendous offseason after a playoff trip.

Make sure that you get to the sportsbooks in New Jersey and make all of your wagers. Don’t forget, and don’t miss out!
